Each caregiver will possess the skills
necessary to meet the client’s request. A home assessment is performed for
each client prior to the beginning of service. This consultation is done by a
registered nurse and is designed to identify the specific needs of the client.
Upon completion of the assessment, a
personalized plan of care is developed, and a caregiver is selected and trained
to meet the specific needs of the client. Our ongoing client satisfaction
program helps ensure that each caregiver meets and exceeds the client’s
expectations.
Insurance
and Bonding:
All caregivers are employees of
Tele-Bridge Medical. No independent contractors are used. All staff are
covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Liability Bond and all required
taxes are withheld and paid by Tele-Bridge Medical.
