Are these services covered by Medicare or health insurance?

No, Long Term Care Insurance is the type of insurance that covers non-medical in-home care. Some Veteran may qualify for a pension called Aides and Attendance Pension, Worker Compensation may also cover in some cases. TBM will bill your Long-Term Care Insurance for you.

How do we get services started?

The first step is to have an in-home assessment done. This will determine the level of care needed. Once the level of care is determined, we can calculate the cost. It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to start care depending on how complex the assignment is.

Is a deposit or any upfront fee required to start service?

No, we do not require a deposit or upfront fee to start service. You will be billed every two weeks for the hours that you used. You may pay by check or credit card.

What if I want to cancel my service?

We ask for 24 hour notice to cancel service to not incur a late cancellation fee
