 Tele-Bridge Medical is locally owned and operated by Lisa Attardo, RN.
Lisa has been a registered nurse since 1986. Her career focused on
intensive care nursing. Lisa is also a board qualified Nurse Case
Manager. She has had additional training in medical, financial, and
social issues facing our seniors. Lisa's husband Patrick is also a
registered nurse, they are very active in St. Thomas More Catholic
Church, reside in Vista and have four grown children.
In early 2000,
their parents started reaching a point in their lives where frequent
doctor appointments, operations and illnesses filled the calendar. (The
"not so" golden years). Eventually, one parent developed Parkinson's
Disease and required 24 hour a day in-home assistance and finally
hospice care. Lisa found out first hand just how difficult and
frustrating it could be to arrange quality care to keep up with their
parents changing needs, and allow them to remain at home.
In 2003,
Lisa opened her a non-medical home care in Oceanside, Ca. The original
agency has now grown into Tele-Bridge Medical, a private duty medical
and non-medical home care agency. The agency focus remains on providing
quality care that is able to change as the client's needs change
allowing them to remain at home. In addition to care giving, Tele-Bridge
Medical offers services by registered nurses and nurse case managers
for clients transitioning home from the hospital or those with complex
chronic illnesses that need a higher level of care.
All care is
customized to meet the needs of the individual client. Lisa has a
passion for caring for her clients as if she were their own daughter.
She loves to share her knowledge and help families navigate the medical
system.
